A separate aftercare team is available during the delivery phase to ensure that they are skilled in refurbishments and maximize customer satisfaction.
Workplaces are constantly evolving and innovating, so it is important to adapt and update. We constantly research and apply the most recent technology to our projects, be it initial design or Day 2 work.

We want our clients to feel satisfied so we inspect every office and any modifications made to make sure they are all met.

The aftercare team is introduced to the client during the main construction period, and will remain in contact in the early stages of occupation to ensure a smooth transition.

They will have knowledge of the project from our comprehensive progress reports and weekly meetings throughout a project.

Refurbishments

The aftercare team is responsible for the delivery and management of further small works projects, from redecorating to complete layout changes.

We offer a round the clock service for fit outs, refurbishments or minor amendments within occupied spaces. We recognise the importance of maintaining business as usual, with minimal disruption to existing occupants – saving you time, money and effort.
