  • Quality & Quantity control
  • Responsible for planning & monitoring project management strategies.
  • Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
  • Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation.
  • Collate and analyse data and generate reports.
  • Conducting project audits and analysing project progress and execution.
  • Monitor project compliance and alignment of business strategies.
  • Proactively resolve project related issues and bottlenecks.
  • Ensure quality of project by regular inspections.
  • Recommend and ensure continuous improvement in the project management process.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of project plan and scope.
  • Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project.
  • Ensure SOP compliance for projects.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • 2-3yrs of Project execution in interior fit out projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Leadership & general  management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer     satisfaction.
  • Quick problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy, and good in adopting digital and technological initiatives.'
  • Degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
